ADGM

SOL is set up at the ADGM - an internationally recognised and award winning legal and financial hub in Abu Dhabi. We are registered at the ADGM Courts and undertake arbitrations at ADCCAC and ADGM/ICC.

Dubai

We have extensive experience in arbitration in Dubai and vast experience at the DIFC Courts where we are Part I and Part II registered. We have numerous strategic partnerships with government and private bodies. Sarah Malik is appointed to the DIAC Advisory Committee.

London

We have excellent links and a network of trusted lawyers in London and are affiliated to Chambers. We retain full rights to appear at all Court levels in England and Wales. We ran a successful event at London International Disputes Week 2023 in relation to the synergy between the UAE and the UK.

Singapore

We are appointed to the Middle East Users Council of SIAC and work closely with Singapore Counsel in relation to international disputes and training.

Nigeria

Our CEO is appointed to The Lagos Courts of International Arbitration Panel of Neutrals and has spoken at CIArb Nigeria and ICC Africa Conference on various occasions. We act as General Counsel to a tech company with headquarters in Nigeria.

Pakistan

We ran a successful Inaugural Arbitration Summit in June 2022 in Lahore and maintain close links with leading Counsel and members of the judiciary. We have been asked to return to provide training for the Law Society of Pakistan.

India

We have close links with the Indian Arbitration Centres and with trusted local Counsel. We are delivering training in India with the Indian Arbitration and Mediation Centre, Hyderabad (IAMCH).

Saudi Arabia

We have a network of trusted Counsel in KSA and have ran a successful arbitration seminar with SCCA. We are increasingly mandated for legal work in KSA as a growing region in the Middle East. We represented on a panel at the launch event of the Equal Representation Arbitration Pledge in Riyadh.
