Sebina is a UK qualified solicitor with experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and commercial matters.

For over more than a decade, Sebina has specialised in general litigation matters, professional negligence claims, commercial and contractual disputes, drafting contracts including shareholder and partnership agreements, sponsorship agreements, NDAs, MOUs, event management deals, international service agreements and has been involved in negotiations.

She has extensive experience with UK-based third-party litigation funders, Additionally, she worked on a nuclear (SMR), UK project for a period of two years, drafting and negotiating various contracts with external legal counsel and regulators internationally. She contributed to development of policies, frameworks, training and regulatory compliance.

Since 2010, Sebina has provided online pro bono assistance for the DIFC Courts in Dubai (UAE) and has been awarded and recognized for her contribution.
