Dubai Arbitration Week 2023 – Behind the Scenes 3.0

Following the success of ‘Behind the Scenes’, and ‘Behind the Scenes 2.0 ‘, SOL International Ltd is delighted to partner once again with Lexis Nexis for the third edition of this event ‘Behind the Scenes 3.0’. This year’s mock arbitration will showcase interim remedies and an application for security for costs in a matter involving third party funding. There will be a 3-member Arbitration panel and 2 Counsel. The event will be highly interactive with the proceedings being frozen to engage with the audience.
