ICC’s annual Africa conference is the key forum for understanding international commercial arbitration in Africa. This conference provided an indispensable update on developments in the region and is becoming the most important gathering for the African arbitration community.  

Sarah Malik and Nicola Rayment spoke at the Blockchain FutureTech Conference 2022. They addressed all things Blockchain, NFTs and Metaverse and the use of law.    

Sarah Malik spoke on the importance of diversity in arbitration and how the Middle East has progressed to become more diverse and inclusive in the arbitral practice. '  

Sarah Malik spoke on Law and Technology and discussed the role of law in the Metaverse.    

As part of the UK Ministry of Justice GREAT Legal Futures Miami Conference, Sarah Malik spoke at the Northern Hemisphere Roundtable on the updates and changes in International Arbitration.

Following the success of 'Behind the Scenes', SOL International Ltd is delighted to partner once again with LexisNexis for the second edition of this event 'Behind the Scenes 2.0'.
